Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Upon receiving the garment, it will be inspected. The garment is not to be worn, soiled, damaged, washed, or dry cleaned. The refund or exchange will not be processed, should any of these conditions exist the refund will be declined and the garment will not be eligible for return. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until we have received the returned item. We are not responsible for and cannot honour refunds or exchanges on lost returns. Most returns will be processed in approximately 30 days.

After we receive your email, we will contact you for shipping arrangements to have the item(s) returned. For any additional items ordered, shipping charges, taxes, duties etc. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Couturier design orders and sale items are final orders, no returns and no exchanges will be accepted. We do not refund the shipping and handling charges, duties ,taxes and or fees.

2 HILDEBRANDT & CO., Indulgence Cashmere, will arrange the return of the item.
3 After we receive your email, we will contact you for shipping arrangements to have the item(s) returned.
4 We will arrange shipping pick up.
5 Indicate if this is a return or an exchange.
6 Include photo of original receipt.
7 All items will be returned to the address below.
8 You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or exchange has been processed.
9 For International returns Please indicate CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA.

Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, (if available) or refund, only on full priced items. Return shipping charges are complimentary of HILDEBRANDT & CO., Indulgence Cashmere.
Refund Process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, on full priced items only and will be posted approximately 3 days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit charge to appear on the monthly credit card statement. On international purchases; your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically at the time that your return is processed. We do not refund shipping, duties, taxes and or fees.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or exchange has been processed.
Exchange Policy
Orders placed between Nov 1st and Dec 31st can be exchanged and/or refunded, until Jan 30th of the following year. However, there are no guarantee that the same garment will be available at that time. The time period and terms for refunds will remain the same at 10 days after receipt of the retuned items.
Domestic and International free returns shipping procedure
To ship your garment back to us, follow the instructions on the return, refund and exchange, be sure to fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form, Download the PDF without this form we will be unable to process your return quickly and efficiently.
HILDEBRANDT & CO. Indulgence Cashmere, will process all merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. By waiving and transferring your right to receive the refund of duties and taxes to HILDEBRANDT & CO. customs broker. We will refund the duty and taxes quickly and directly to you as long as the garment has met the guidelines of the return.
